Returns are accepted if:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect
• Incorrect customization done by our team

Return Request

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photos or videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds are not applicable for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Minor color differences due to screen settings
• Personalized products without manufacturing defects

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
